ATLANTA – Race fans will take the fast track to memory lane this weekend, thanks to one of the biggest vintage racing events in the country.The The Classic Motorsports Mitty drives in to Baselton’s Road Atlanta this weekend, from April 24th through April 26th.

The Historic Sportscar Racing-sanctioned event celebrates racing machines from all eras, bringing them back to the track.  This year, the spotlight will be on BMW, with many of the maker’s classic cars on display — including the “Batmobile” BMW 3.0 CSL.  Along with watching the cars on the track, attendees can browse a vendor area and car corral.Good Day Atlanta’s Paul Milliken spent the morning at Road Atlanta, getting ready for this weekend’s big event!
